Recently retired, he brings extensive industry experience as a consultant. This includes driving and managing departmental growth and change, development of provincial standards and legislation, innovative industry practices, partnership collaboration, and ground-breaking industry-wide change. He has extensive experience dealing with elected officials and possesses a strong knowledge of municipal, regional, and provincial government operations and legislation. He looks at problems globally and solves them strategically though evidence-based critical thinking. Don offers clients realistic recommendations specific to their unique challenges and needs.
