Gord has over forty years of experience in senior leadership positions with local government throughout British Columbia. He is a mentor to various programs for local government professional and has served on numerous government related organizations. In 2002, Gord was a key member of the Local Government Leadership Institute/Canadian International Development agency contingent which assisted in training over 600 local government people in the Philippines by showing different ways of making decisions in their county.
